摘要
根据我国煤矿现有条件及要求,对煤矿救生舱内空气净化技术进行了研究,提出了吸附性强、稳定性高的二氧化碳吸收剂,并通过对有限密闭空间空气净化风阻、风压、风量、吸收效率等计算,设计了一种用于适用于煤矿救生舱的二氧化碳净化装置,此装置具有操作简便、功耗小、吸收阻力低、性能稳定、独立性强、吸收效率高等特点,完全适用于煤矿救生舱内的二氧化碳去除。
According to present conditions and requirements of coal mines in China,the paper studies on air purification technology in the coal-mine refuge chamber,gives one carbon dioxide absorbent with strong adsorption and high stability.By calculating the air purification of wind drag,air pressure and air volume,we designs one kind of carbon dioxide purification which is suitable for coal mine refuge chamber,and this device has the characters of convenient operation,low energy consumption,low absorbent resistance,stable performance,high independence and high absorption efficiency.It is completely suitable for the removal of carbon dioxide in the coal-mine refuge chamber.
