摘要
工程管理专业的知识学习过程应该经历从总体到专业细节,再回到总体三个阶段。但是作为刚开设此专业的师范类院校,我院还缺乏一门能够对工程管理专业宏观总体了解的课程,因此开设《工程管理概论》课程是非常必要的。文章首先深入分析开设此课程的必要性和重要意义,其次拟定了本课程的教学大纲,最后从划分模块讲座式授课、重视典型案例教学等五个方面积极探索教学方法,以实现进一步完善工程管理专业人才培养的目的。
Professional knowledge of engineering management should experience a whole learning process,which includes three stages as overall-details-overall.But as a new engineering major in normal university,it is lack of a course that can introduce this major generally,so the course of introduction to engineering management is necessary urgently.Firstly this paper analysis the necessity and great importance of this course,and then protocols the teaching programme,finally actively explores the teaching method from five aspects,so as to improve and perfect the talents cultivation plan of engineering management.
