摘要
2009年3月出现的新甲型H1N1流感,蔓延全球,现已转至流感大流行后期,但仍存在危重症患者的可能性。本文概述了我国甲型H1N1流感的主要临床特点,尤其是危重症患者特征、病原学检测特点及国内研究近况。
One noval influenza A （ H1N1 ） virus was identified in March 2009 in USA and Mexico, which led to an epidemic outbreak and spread to all over the world. Now it movies into the postpandemic perid, but the H1N1 virus may likely continue to cause serious disease too. This article reviewed the influenza A （H1 N1 ） clinical features in China, summarized the characteristics of the disease especially the serious cases, pathogen detection and advances in study of china.
