摘要
对口支援是一项促进欠发达地区经济发展的政策,实施对口支援应遵循因地制宜的相关原则,才能起到应有的效果。综合评估新疆自身特点和外部相关条件,SWOT分析为更好对口支援新疆提出了参考建议。
Support geared to the needs is a policy of improving economy development for less developed regions. Put the policy into effect should obey the principle of suiting measures to loyal eonditons. We should assess Xinjiang＇s self-eharaeteristies and his outside conditons overally, then carry out the suggestion for support geared to the needs of Xinjiang.
