摘要
地波雷达的探测距离受海杂波、工作频率与环境噪声等多种因素的影响,其中受雷达的工作频率影响最大,如何准确地选择频率对于雷达操作人员来说是个难题。文中介绍了AIS的系统构成与可用信息,分析了地波雷达探距影响因子,提出了基于AIS与数据挖掘技术的最优工作频率选择方法与应用方案。实际应用结果表明,此种应用简单易行,而且具有较高的军事经济效益,满足了我海军目前地波雷达的训练要求。
The detecting range of OTHR(over the horizon radar)are affected by a few factors,such as sea cluster,work frequency and background noise,the key of which is to choose a moderate frequency of the radar.This paper introduces the message transmitted by the AIS and its component,analyzes the factors affecting the range of radar,discusses the way of choosing the compatible frequency based on the AIS and data mining.The implementation has been proved that the method is feasible and of high military and economic value,meet the current training demand of naval OTHR.
