摘要
现代海战中,对空防御已经成为水面舰艇编队防御的主要内容,对来袭空中目标的威胁判断是有效对空防御的前提。针对空中目标威胁判断的不确定性,采用集对分析理论,基于可能势的联系数排序,可以准确地反映其同一对立程度,并能利用联系数的差异度对排序结果进行稳定性分析;提出运用联系矩阵描述基于相对正、负理想方案接近程度法的同一对立程度;并在此基础之上,提出基于综合理想方案法的多属性决策方法。实例表明,该方法准确、合理,是解决不确定多属性决策问题的有效方法。
Anti-air warfare has become one of the primary tasks of surface warship formation through the modern sea war.The basis has been founded on the in-time and correct estimation during the effective defense.Aiming at the uncertain of aerial target threat estimation,the theory of set pairs analysis(SPA)is proposed to solved this.The connection numbers ranking methods based on relatively certainty probability power can depict the identity-contrary degree of connection numbers and analyze the reliability of the ranking results.Making using of connection matrix it can obtain the identity-contrary degree based on positive and passive ideal schemes.On the basis,the multiple attribution decision making based on compositive ideal schemes is put forward.The simulation results show that the method is exactable and reasonable,it's an effective method to solve the multiple attribute decision making problem.
