摘要
酒店前厅管理课程既要有一定的理论性,又要有较强的应用性,教师的教学模式对该课程的教学效果有着非常重要的影响。文章分析了目前酒店前厅管理课程教学中存在的问题,论述了对其进行教学模式改革的重要性和必要性,最后提出酒店前厅管理课程教学改革的措施。
For the reform and development of school education in the twenty-first century,it primarily embodies the reform of the teacher＇s teaching ideas and methods.The content of hotel management not only has a certain theory,but also has a stronger application,in this way,the reform of teaching model is particularly important.This article mostly analyzes the teaching model in the front office of hotel.
