摘要
依托某市一条干线公路,在中心试验室出具的水泥稳定碎石混合料配合比的基础上,优化设计,在保证强度的基础上,对粉尘含量、个别筛孔通过率、最佳含水量、水泥剂量等方面进行了控制。实践证明,优化设计所得到的一系列指标均取得了良好的应用效果:裂缝出现频率较低、施工均匀性较好、离析现象较少等。
Optimize the design of mix proportion based on the mix proportion of cement-stabilized crushed stone mixture provided by central laboratory according to an arterial highway in certain city,which controls dust content,passing rate of single mesh,optimum water content,cement dosage and etc.It is proven that series of indexes obtained from practice have good application effects: low occurrence frequency of cracks,good homogeneity during construction,few segregation phenomenon.
