摘要
文章依据行动导向理论中关于能力构成的相关理论,针对高职院校管理学教学的实践,提出专业、方法和社会三种能力中涉及到的相应的管理能力,并提出进行相关能力提升的方法和途径。通过在不同管理情境下对现实案例设身处地地分析和研究的过程,逐渐提高学生处理管理实际问题的能力,构建学生的专业能力;进行实训教学,将"学习团队"的教学形式贯穿于整个的管理学课程教学过程中,培养学生及时快速收集实际工作所需资料的能力、语言表达能力和归纳分析能力,构建学生的方法能力;通过角色扮演和集体辩论,构建学生的社会能力。
Based on correlation theory about abilities constitution in action-oriented theory and management teaching Practice of higher Vocational College,this article puts forward correspondent management ability in the following three kinds of abilities:professional ability,methodic ability and social ability and proposes some solutions and approaches to improve them.Through the analysis and research of different management situations in the real case,the ability of dealing with practical management issues and the professional ability will be improved gradually.Through practical teaching,the "learning team" teaching style will penetrate throughout the whole process of teaching,bringing up students' ability of collecting the needed materials timely and quickly,expression ability,summing up and analysis ability,and method ability.Through role playing and group debates,social skills of students will be improved.
