摘要
在不同立地条件下构建了以喜树(Camptotheca acuminata)为建群种、以南方红豆杉(Taxus chinensis var.mairei)为伴生种、以长春花(Catharanthus roseus(L.)G.Don)为地被种的人工复合群落,并以传统人工搭建遮阴网作对照。研究表明:从3月份新枝叶萌发至12月份枝叶停止生长,3种立地条件下单种群落和复合群落南方红豆杉生物量及其枝叶中紫杉醇质量分数差异显著,对于南方红豆杉生物量,陡坡复合群落>缓坡复合群落>平地复合群落>平地单种群落;紫杉醇质量分数在5月份、8月份和11月份都出现峰值,其中紫杉醇质量分数最高值都出现在5月份。5月份和11月份,紫杉醇质量分数峰值:陡坡复合群落>缓坡复合群落>平地复合群落>平地单种群落;8月份,紫杉醇质量分数峰值陡坡复合群落>缓坡复合群落>平地单种群落>平地复合群落。南方红豆杉枝叶紫杉醇质量分数季节变化与太阳辐射、温度和降雨量呈正相关,与湿度呈负相关,但相关性均不显著。
An artificial compound eommtmity was constructed with Camptotheca acuminate as the constructive species, Taxus chinensis var. mairei as the companion species and( Catharanthus roseus( L. ) G. Don) as the ground cover species, and the single community covered with traditional shading net was used as the control. The biomass of T. chinensis vat. mairei in the compound community on steep slope was highest, followed by compound community on gentle slope, compound community on flatland, and single community on flatland. The quantitative changes of taxol in the branches and leaves of T. chinensis var. mairei in the single community and the artificial compound community were studied in the same growing season under three different site conditions. Results showed that the taxol content had an obvious change from March when the new branehes began to germinate to December when the branches stopped growing. The taxol content of T. chinensis var. mairei in the single community and the artifieial compound community under three different site conditions all exhibited peak values in May, August and November, and the highest values appeared in May. The peak values of taxol content showed compound community on steep slope〉compound eommunity on gentle slope〉compound community on flatland〉single community on flatland in May and November, and compound community on steep slope〉compound community on gentle slope〉single community on fladand〉eompound community on flatland in August. There was a positive correlation between taxol content and solar radiation, temperature and rainfall, and a negative correlation between taxol content and humidity, but all of these correlations were not significant.
