多发伤合并颅脑损伤167例ICU监护治疗体会 被引量:1

摘要 多发伤合并颅脑损伤病情危急,危害性大,是造成伤残及死亡的重要病因之一,也是颅脑损伤救治中的难点.影响多发伤合并颅脑损伤预后的因素非常复杂,患者伤后早期常伴有呼吸、循环障碍,本组总结了167例多发伤合并颅脑损伤患者的诊断和治疗经验,认为早期ICU监护治疗,进行呼吸与循环复苏支持,是降低病死率,减少致残率的关键.
