摘要
教学文化自觉体现着师生发展的能动认识与选择,是深化课程改革、提升教学质量的保障。教学文化自觉的内涵体现为两个核心特征:教学文化的主体意识,教学文化的反思意识。教学文化自觉的价值意义体现为:培养教育感情,发挥教育的增力作用;锤炼教学思维,践行教学文化理论;提升教学艺术,形成独特的教学风格。教学文化自觉的实践路向包括:发掘中国传统教学文化的当代意义;探寻国外教学文化的国际理解;建构适合课程改革的本土教学文化。
Teaching cultural awareness reflects the dynamic recognition and selection between the development of the teachers and students, which is also the guarantee to deepening the curriculum and enhancing teaching quality. The connotation of teaching cuhural consciousness embodies the two core features: consciousness of main body of teaching culture and reflective consciousness of teaching culture. The value significance of teaching cultural consciousness involves the following aspects: training the affection of education, increasing magnifying strength of education; developing teaching thinking, practicing teaching and cultural theory; enhancing teaching art so as to form a unique style of teaching. The way to practice teaching cultural consciousness includes: exploring the contemporary significance of Chinese traditional teaching culture; seek international understanding of exotic teaching culture; constructing the native teaching culture suitable for the curriculum reform in China.
