低渗透油藏深部调驱剂筛选及其效果评价 被引量:16

摘要 压裂投产是低渗透油田开发常用的技术措施,可以大幅度提高油井单井产油量,但注入水也容易沿裂缝突进,造成含水快速升高,影响水驱开发效果。本文针对低渗透油藏地质特征和流体性质,采用仪器检测和物理模拟方法进行了调驱剂筛选及其与油藏岩心配伍性研究,在此基础上开展了调驱效果及其注入参数优化物理模拟实验研究。结果表明,通过添加矿化度调节剂,可以形成具有"分子内"交联结构特征的Cr3+聚合物凝胶(调驱剂),它与低渗透油层孔隙间具有良好的配伍性,具有较大的阻力系数和残余阻力系数,而且残余阻力系数大于阻力系数。注入时机愈早、调驱剂用量愈大,调驱增油效果愈好。考虑技术经济效果,推荐调驱剂段塞尺寸为0.025~0.05 PV,"低分"聚合物浓度CP为500~700 mg/L,聚合物溶液与Cr3+质量比为270∶1,矿化度调节剂0.4%~0.8%,水驱基础上提高采收率14%~18%。 In order to increase the crude output of single well,the fracture treatment is used to exploit low-permeability oilfield.However,the injected water will rush easily in the facture of the formation;the water content of the used fracture well will ascend quickly,which will affect water driving development.Hence,the problem of controlling the water has been valued by the petroleum engineer highly in the low-permeability oilfield.In view of the geologic characteristics and the fluid property of the low permeability reservoir,the selection of deep profile control agents and the study on the compatibility of the deep profile control agents with the reservoir rock,were developed through appliance detecting and physical simulation.The experiment results demonstrated,by adding the salinity in the deep profile control agent solution,the Cr3+ polymer gel with the "molecule inner" bonding characteristic could be formed,which had a good compatibility with the hole in the low permeability oil layer.Moreover,the Cr3+ polymer gel had higher resistance factor and residual resistance factor than the conventional control water agents had;what's more,the residual resistance factor was higher than the resistance factor.The earlier the injection time,the more the amount of the used Cr3+ polymer gel,the better the flooding effect.Considering the technical-economic effect,the recommended polymer-slug size was 0.025~0.050 PV,the concentration of "low molecular weight " polymer was 500~700 mg/L,the mass ratio of polymer to Cr3+ was 270∶1,the salinity content was 0.4%~0.8%.Enhancing oil recovery were 14% ~ 18% after the water flooding.
