摘要
研究蒙氏教育思想并将其推广应用到高校青年教师培养中,通过"组对教学"或"双导师制"形成毕业设计"教学共同体",充分发挥老教师的传、帮、带作用,形成良好的教学环境,对于提高青年教师的素质具有重要意义。
Abstract： The idea of Montessori Method is studied and applied to the training of young teachers. ＂Teaching community＂ is formed by ＂assortmenting teaching＂ or ＂double tutors＂ in graduation design, important role of the older teachers is fully performed and appropriate teaching ambience is built. These are very important in the improvement of the ability of young teachers.
