摘要
高质量就业是大学教育的神圣使命,是衡量大学教育质量的根本!宁波诺丁汉大学2008、2009年两届本科毕业生100%就学与就业,2010届毕业生成功申请研究生与成功就业的目前已占80%以上。其就业策略是:制定生涯规划,就业从"入学教育"做起;提供质量保证,就业在"教学全程"奠基;高度负责,就业要"一个不少"地落实。当代大学不仅应该成为青年学习深造的理想场所,而且应该成为他们高质量就业的预演基地。
The high-quality employment is the sacred mission of the university;it is a fundamental lifeline to measure the quality of university education.In 2008,the ratio of further study and employment of the first graduates of UNNC achieved 100%,and currently,the graduates of 2010 that successfully applied for further study and employment have reached above 80%.The employment strategies in UNNC are starting the career planning from Year 1;achieving the high employment quality from the whole process of teaching and learning;and with high responsibility to care about every graduate.It proves that the contemporary university should not only be the place for young people to study,but also be a place where the students can prepare themselves for a challenging job in the future.
