摘要
为避免连杆衬套在工作中出现磨损以及塑性变形,连杆衬套与连杆小头端的配合要满足合理的过盈量,按照衬套以平面应力求解,连杆小头端孔以平面应变求解的方法进行了理论计算,同时对过盈配合进行了有限元仿真分析,仿真值与理论值有较好的一致性,验证了衬套压配过盈量选取的合理性。另外推导了孔径收缩量的计算方法,确定了衬套孔径的实际加工尺寸公差。
In order to avoid the connecting rod bushing generate wear and plastic deformation at work,the fit between connecting rod bushing and the small head bearing must meet a reasonable magnitude of interference.The theoretical calculation is carried out based on the method treating bushing as a plane stress problem,and small head bearing as a plane strain problem.Meanwhile,the finite element simulation analysis on interference fit is carried out.The results of simulation agree well with the theoretical value.And the rationality of the magnitude of interference about the bushing press fit is verified.In addition,the calculation method of aperture shrinkage is derived,and the real machining tolerance zone of bushing aperture is determined.
