摘要
用Gleeble-1500热模拟实验机对YF45MnVS钢(%:0.48C、0.45Si、1.36Mn、0.009P、0.043S、0.086V)200 mm×200 mm铸坯上切取的Φ8mm试样进行950~1 200℃,变形速率10^(-2)~10~1s^(-1)变形量10%~50%的单道次等温压缩试验。结果表明,低应变速率和大变形量有利于实验用钢动态再结晶的发生。通过计算得到YF45MnVS钢在950~1 200℃的动态再结晶激活能为299.55 kJ/mol。
The isothermal compression test for qb8 mm specimen of steel YF45MnVS ( % : 0. 48C, 0. 45Si, 1.36Mn, 0. 009P, 0. 043S, 0. 086V) cut from 200 mm ×200 mm cast bloom with single pass strain rate 10^-2~10^1s^-1 and strain 10% - 50% at 950 - 1 200 ℃ has been carried out by using Gleeble-1500 thermo-mechanical simulator. Resuhs show that low strain rate and large strain are favorable to the occurrence of dynamic recrystallization of test steel. The calculated dynamic recrystallized activation energy of the steel YF45MnVS at 950 - 1 200 ℃ is 299.55 kJ/mol.
