标准加入法测定土壤有效钼的计算探讨

摘要 利用标准加入法对土壤有效钼进行极谱测定,结果表明:标准加入法测定纯水的测定值均小于2.00μg/L,表明标准加入法在极谱分析中具有很高的灵敏性;同时进行的空白测定值均大于2.00μg/L。通过对极谱仪的测定值计算公式进行分析,得出最终结果是底液中Mo的浓度,结合空白的测定值,可以得出土壤有效钼的结果是通过样品值与空白之差,即扣除系统误差后进行计算,并得出计算公式。同时通过了标准物质GBW07414和GBW07416测定结果的检验。 Measurement of polarographic analysis on soil available Mo by using standard addition method. The results indieatd that: polarographic analysis had high sensitivity, all the measured value of pure water by use standard addition method was less than 2.00 g/L. And the measured value of blank was more than 2.00 g/L. Through analyzed for calculation formula by measurement value of polarographic, the finally conclusion was concentrations of Mo in base solution. The really measured value of soil available Mo was remaining of sample value minus blank value. That had the new calculation formula of subtract system error, and the method measure took pass the certified reference material of GBW07414 and GBW07416.
