摘要
为研究某汽车电器系统振动寿命,采用一种与用户相关的汽车试验场试验新规范开展试验场道路试验,利用加速度传感器法,采集试验场道路谱。对采集的道路谱作强化处理,根据处理后的数据进行汽车电器系统振动模拟试验,并运用图估计法分析模拟试验结果,建立此车型电器系统振动模拟试验寿命曲线图。结果表明,利用寿命曲线图计算汽车电器系统寿命里程,能大大缩短试验周期,具有一定的运用价值。
For studying the vibration lifespan of an automobile's electric equipment system,road testing was carried out according to a user-related new standard of testing.First of all,using acceleration sensors,the road spectrum of the testing field was collected and amplified.Then,the simulation test of vibration of automobile's electric equipment system was carried out due to the road spectrum.Finally,the diagram-estimation method was employed to analyze the results of simulation test,and the vibration lifespan curves of the automobile's electric equipment system were plotted.The results show that the testing period can be greatly shortened with this method.
