摘要
针对含孔薄板脆性试件的压缩强度试验,采用CATIA V5软件为其设计了专用夹具。首先对试件的受力情况进行详细分析,认为常规的压缩加载必然导致试件产生弯曲失稳,测得的破坏强度为弯曲强度,难以得到真实准确的压缩强度。提出了相应的设计方案,经CATIA实体建模,得到有效的三维夹具模型。该夹具设计为对称结构,由多个零件构成,相互之间可由螺栓进行连接。这样的设计能够简化加工难度和降低制造成本。通过CATIA软件中的虚拟装配过程,实现对夹具尺寸参数的实时调整,达到配合的最优化,并最终获得了满意的夹具产品。
A customized clamp on the testing compressive strength of open-hole fragile plate is designed by CATIA V5.First,load conditions of the specimen are detailedly analyzed.A conclusion shows that conventional compressive load may bring this specimen on flexural buckling,and measured strength will be flexible strength.That is truly and precise compressive strength will not be found.Consequently,an appropriate design scheme is established.Effective clamp 3D model is created by CATIA.This model has symmetry structures which are bolted by many parts,This design has a lot of strong points,the process could be simplified and the cost should be reduced.Virtual assembly in CATIA could help us to adjust clamp dimensions in real time,and to gain optimum matching.Finally,a satisfactory clamp product is obtained.
