摘要
有效的绩效管理是实现企业效益的关键.在绩效管理中,沟通处于核心地位并贯穿始终,但是很多国企在实施中忽略了沟通工作,绩效管理的问题层出不穷.通过探讨国企绩效管理沟通工作中存在的问题,提出解决问题的建议措施,对发挥促进国企绩效管理有着积极作用.
Effective performance management is the key to realize enterprise benefit.In performance management,communication is the core and throughout,but many state-owned enterprises have neglected the communication work in the implementation,perfor-mance management problems emerge in endlessly.Through the discussion of performance management enterprises of the problems that exist in the communication,and puts forward suggestions to solve the problem,to promote the state-owned enterprises play a positive role in performance management.
