摘要
阐述了我国农民专业合作社的性质、功能,从农民专业合作法、合作社政策支持体系及其内部运行机制等3个方面探讨如何构建合作社健康发展的长效机制。
The paper describes characters and functions of the professional cooperatives of Chinese farmers.To construct long-term mechanism for healthy development of farmers＇ professional co-operatives,farmers＇ professional cooperative law,policy support system for cooperatives and internal operating mechanism were investigated.
