摘要
根据肘形芯模的结构特征,研究帘线在肘形挠性软管芯模上缠绕的稳定性,在肘形芯模直管段只要缠绕丝嘴旋转中心与芯模中线重合,不出现偏心,则帘线在肘形挠性软管直管段缠绕将不会出现滑线现象;在肘形芯模弯管段,当芯模结构一定时,丝嘴至芯模的距离越小越容易出现滑线,有滑线趋势的部位位于φ=90°和φ=270°附近,试验结果与理论分析结果相符。
The stability of cord thread winding on elbow mandrel was studied according to its structural characteristics.The results indicated that the sliding phenomenon of cord thread winding on the straight part of elbow mandrel would not appear if the axes of mandrel is coincide with the rotation center of yarn disk.When the cord thread winds on the elbow part of mandrel,the smaller the distance from yarn nozzle to the surface of mandrel,more possibly slide the cord thread.The location of possibly sliding is at the vicinity of φ=90° and φ=270°,which is consistent with the experiment.
