摘要
纺织服装贸易涉及到商标、专利、版权等知识产权问题,特别是商标的正确使用以及商标纠纷的合理解决,直接涉及到商标使用企业和知识产权权利人双方合法权利的保护,关系到我国对内对外纺织服装贸易的健康发展。加强我国纺织服装企业对商标的保护,既有助于建立良性的市场竞争秩序,更有利于推动我国纺织品贸易的发展。
Textile and apparel trade involves intellectual property rights,such as trademark,patent,copyright and so on.The correct use of trademark and reasonable solution to trademark disputes directly relates to the protection of legal rights of enterprises using trademark and intellectual property right holders,which affects the development of domestic and international textile and apparel trade.Strenghthening the protection of trademark from textile and apparel enterprises can help to establish fair competition in the market and promote the development of textile and apparel trade.
