摘要
通过对在杭州市非公有制经济性质单位就职的6名女性个案的访谈调查,采用社会性别的视角,分析探讨女性在应聘与工作过程中所遭遇的各种性别歧视状况及性别歧视在女性就业过程中的影响,进而提出解决性别歧视的建议。
Through investigating the cases of six women working in the non public-owned economy units in Hangzhou,this paper analyses all kinds of sex discrimination against female during the course of employment and work from the gender perspective,and analyses the impact of sex discrimination in the process of women Employment,at last puts some solutions to gender discrimination.
