摘要
目的对疏毛吴茱萸Evodia ruatecarpa(Juss.)Bneht.var.bodinieri(Dode)Huang挥发性成分进行分析,研究萃取纤维的选择、萃取时间、萃取温度以及解吸时间等对疏毛吴茱萸挥发性成分萃取的影响,优化提取条件。方法利用顶空固相微萃取和气相色谱-质谱联用技术(HS-SPME-GC-MS)。结果分离出85个化合物,其中鉴定了77个化合物,主要是月桂烯(3.70%)、反式-罗勒烯(1.71%)、顺式-罗勒烯(14.47%)、β-榄香烯(9.79%),石竹烯(9.46%)、大根香叶烯(19.77%)、α-布藜烯(3.37%)、α-金合欢烯(7.31%)、γ-榄香烯(2.00%)、环十二烷己酮(2.68%);优化条件是:PDMS100μm,提取温度60℃,萃取时间30min,解吸时间5min。结论确定顶空固相微萃取GC-MS分析疏毛吴茱萸的分析方法。
Objective To analyze the volatile phytochemical compositions of fruits from Evodia ruatecarpa( Juss) Bneht. var. bodinieri( Dode) Huang and to investigate the effects of extraction fibre,extraction time,extraction temperature and desorption time on the HS-SPME of the volatile phytochemical compositions. Methods Headspace solid-phase micro-extraction( HS-SPME) coupled to capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS) was adopted. Results 85 compound were separated and 77 of them were identified. The major components were myrcene( 3. 70% ) ,1,3,6-octatriene,3,7-dimethyl-,( E) ( 1. 71% ) , 1,3,6-octatriene,3,7-dimethyl-,( Z) ( 14. 47% ) ,β-elemene( 9. 79% ) ,carophyllene( 9. 46% ) ,germacrene D( 19. 77% ) , α -bulnesene(3.37%) ,α-farnesene( 7.31%) ,γ-elemene( 2. 00%) ,and 1-cycoldodecylethanone( 2. 68%) . The optimal conditions were as follows: extracted fibre PDMS 100μm,extracted temperature 60℃,extracted time 30 min,desorbed time 5 min. Conclusion The GC-MS method of E. ruatecarpa extracted by HS-SPME was established.
