摘要
高职学报的学术影响力不足,长期处于优质稿源稀缺状态,成为一稿多投(发)、抄袭、伪造等学术不端行为的"重灾区"。高职学报要培养编辑人员的综合素质,提高其学术鉴别力,加强自律,从把住初审环节,建立严格的三审制度,建立核心作者队伍,减少出版时滞,发挥学报的教育功能等几个方面抵制学术不端行为。
Because of the slight academic significance,journals of higher vocational colleges run short of high-quality articles and become the ＂severely afflicted area＂ of academic misconducts such as one manuscript for many contributions,plagiarism,and counterfeit.Journals of higher vocational colleges should cultivate the comprehensive ability of editors,lift their academic discrimination capability,establish the rigorous three-examination system,build the core author team,reduce the time lag of publishing,and bring into full play the educational function so as to resist academic misconduct.
