摘要
通过几何方法分析了热辗环变形区范围,从理论上确定了轧制边界速度关系。通过三维有限元模拟变形过程,验证了热辗环变形区范围;得到了轧制过程中的金属流动速度趋势。
The deformation area of hot ring rolling process has been analyzed by geometry relationship,which confirms the equation of the boundary speed in theory.The three-D finite element simulation has been conducted to prove the deformation area of hot ring rolling process and the speed trend of the metal flowing on the rolling process has been obtained.
