摘要
专利地图分析是制定专利战略的重要依据,本文立足实际,在充分利用专利地图信息整合功能的基础上,提出了一套较全面的企业专利战略制定方法,同时结合实际案例进行了实证研究,旨在从专利统计、分析角度为企业专利战略制定、专利管理提供理论指导和实例参考。
Patent map analysis is an important basis for developing patent strategies.By utilizing the patent map,the paper advances a set of comprehensive enterprises patent strategy development methods,while the actual cases were combined with empirical research from the angle of patent statistics to analyze on the enterprise patent strategy development,patent management.
