摘要
机械化学研究物质在机械力作用下所发生的化学和物理化学的变化。在超细磨过程中,矿物在晶体结构、活性等方面具有显著变化,处于高效失稳状态,反应活性增强。试验研究表明,利用超细磨过程中的机械力诱发化学反应,可以显著强化和改善矿物的浸出过程,在矿物加工领域具有广阔的应用前景。
Mechanochemistry is to study the chemical and physicochemical changes of substances that occur under the action of mechanical force.In ultrafine grinding,minerals exhibit remarkable changes in crystal structure and activity and are in a highly efficient unstable state and their reaction activity is enhanced.The experimental research has shown that applying the mechanical force in ultrafine grinding to induce the chemical reaction can significantly intensify and improve the mineral leaching process.As a result,it has a broad application prospect in mineral processing field.
