摘要
采用Allan方差法对环形激光陀螺(Ring Laser Gyro)传感器的输出特性进行了分析,完成了对RLG频域输出误差的建模评估,包括零偏稳定性、随机游走以及马尔可夫噪声等,并根据评估分析建立了温度误差零偏补偿模型;同时,在测试系统设计中,使用了转台交差逆转法,尝试将零偏稳定性中的常值漂移和线性漂移部分自动补消,结果表明可以改善传统的RLG转台测试法的单一测量功能及精度。
On the basis of Ring Laser Gyro's output error characteristic,adopted Allan variance to analyze global error of RLG,and completed modeling evaluation in frequency domains of RLG which including bias stability,random walk and Markov random yawping,etc.Set up bias compensation model because of temperature which base on Allan variance evaluation result of RLG errors.Using of Allan variance method can correct output error of RLG in frequency-domain from time-domain.Attempted to compensate constant excursion and linearity excursion of bias stability by method of Interleaving-Athwart turntable testing which can advance measure precision of RLG turntable testing by tradition method effectually.
