摘要
介绍一种借助ADS(Advanced Design System)软件进行设计和优化平行耦合微带线带通滤波器的方法,给出了清晰的设计步骤,最后结合设计方法利用ADS给出一个中心频率为2.6GHz,带宽为200MHz的微带带通滤波器的设计及优化实例和仿真结果,并进一步给出电路版图Momentum仿真结果。仿真结果表明:这种方法是可行的,满足设计的要求。
This paper introduces a methodology for design and optimination of the microstrip band-pass filter with the aid of ADS (Advanced Design System),and presents design steps.A center frequency of 2.6 GHz,bandwidth of 200 MHz microstrip band-pass filter is implemened,its optimization example and simulation results are given by the methodologic design method and ADS,and Momentum simulation results of the circuit layout are obtained.Simulation results meet the design requirements and show that this approach is feasible.
