宝钢热处理炉自动控制与冗余系统的应用研究

摘要 宝钢厚板厂热处理炉采用西门子PLC控制系统和WINCC人机交互界面服务器。因为热处理工艺的特殊性,同时为保护炉内辊子的高温安全,控制系统的可靠性要求非常高。为提高系统的可靠性,西门子S7-400H冗余控制系统和冗余WINCC服务器被应用,实现主备系统之间快速可靠切换。在保证主运行系统和热备系统都正常的情况下,实现产品线安全无间断运行。实际运行状态证明,控制系统的可靠性得到了明显提高,热处理炉的安全稳定性获得了保障。 Siemens PLC controlling system and WINCC human-machine interface servers are applied in heat treatment furnaces of heavy plate mill,Baosteel.Because of the special heat treatment process,while for the security of high-temperature furnace roller,reliability of control system needs to be very high.To improve reliability of system,Siemens S7-400H redundant control system and redundant WINCC server were applied,which achieves the rapid and reliable switch between master and standby system.The system is able to realize the production stream line safe and continuous running without interruption and under guarantying the master running system and the spare counterpart run well.The actual state of operation proves that,the reliability of control system are significantly improved,and the security and stability of heat treatment furnace are guaranteed.
