摘要
针对两泵并联运行系统难以确定联合运行特性曲线和管路特性曲线的现状,通过建立并联折算转速概念,提出采用逆推法用于确定联合运行工况点、泵及管路性能曲线,并分析了不同节流调节方式下的经济性。试验研究表明:非共用阀门调节方式在85%负荷以下节能效果好,而共用阀门调节方式在高于85%负荷时相对节能;在不同调节方式下,并联折算转速随流量的变化趋势显著不同,采用额定转速或并联折算转速对换算轴功率的影响基本相同,对经济性分析并没有影响;逆推法简化了特性曲线的确定过程,为并联泵系统的节能降耗提供了一种可供借鉴的方法。
It is very difficult to exactly determine the combined head-flow curve and pipeline resistance line for a parallel operation system of two pumps.The conception of parallel discount speed is established in present paper,and a new reverse educing method is used to determine combined operating point,pump and pipeline characteristic curves,and the economics of different throttle regulation methods are discussed.Experimental results show that the non-shared valve regulation has a better energy saving effect under more than 85% capacity,and the shared valve regulation is relatively economical under lower than 85% capacity.The relation of parallel-discount-speed with flowrate are clearly different under above regulations.The effect of rated speed or parallel-discount-speed on shaft power curves are slight same,and has little influence on economic investigation.The reverse educing method suggested may simplify the determination of characteristic curves,and provides a better way for exploring energy saving in practical operation.
