摘要 极端天气频发引起人们对生态环境问题的极大关注,协调环境和发展的关系成为人类社会面临的重大问题。生态效率是描述环境与经济协调发展的重要指标,首先,介绍了生态效率的相关概念和国内外研究动态,其次,以超效率方法对资源型城市徐州的工业生态效率进行了实证研究,分析了徐州1995~2008年间生态效率的纵向变化趋势,与2008江苏省数据进行了横向比较。 Frequent extreme weather caused people great concern to environmental issues,how to coordinate the relationship between environment and development is the key of human existence.Eco-efficiency is an important indicator of the coordinated development between environment and economy.At first in the paper introduces the concept of eco-efficiency and related application research.Then use the super-efficient method empirical study the industrial eco-efficiency in Xuzhou City,compares the eco-efficiency in Xuzhou from 1995 to 2008,and use the data compares with the other city Jiangsu Province horizontal comparison,the results show the industrial eco-efficiency is improved significantly in recent years,but in Jiangsu Province ranked in a backward position,at last based on the results put forward some concrete suggestions.
