摘要
采用原位末端标记(TUNEL)法研究不同剂量X射线全身照射后派伊氏板细胞凋亡的时间效应及剂量效应关系。结果表明:2Gy全身照射后派伊氏板TUNEL阳性细胞数增加;005Gy、0075Gy全身照射后派伊氏板TUNEL阳性细胞数减少。提示2Gy全身照射促进细胞凋亡,而低剂量电离辐射抑制细胞凋亡。
The
relationship of time-effect and dose-effect of apoptosis in mouse Peyer's patches after whole
body irradiation (WBI) with different doses of X-rays was studied by the method of TdT-mediated
dUTP nick end labeling(TUNEL). The results showed that the number of TUNEL positive cells in
mouse Peyer's patches were significantly increased following WBI with 2 Gy irradiation, While
the number of TUNEL positive cells were decreased after WBI with doses of 0.05Gy and
0.075Gy X-rays. The results support the view that 2Gy irradiation promote the apoptosis of
immune cells and the low doses of radiationsuppress theapoptosis of immune cells.
