摘要
通过１０ｋｇ小焦炉结焦性实验，对煤岩参数与煤的结焦性关系进行了研究，提出了炼焦配煤的煤岩参数及ΣＩ—Ｒｒ，ｍ—Ｒｒ直方图配煤法。结果表明，当单种煤的惰性组分含量ΣＩ＝２０％～３５％、镜质组平均随机反射率Ｒｒ，ｍ＝１．１５％～１．３５％时，煤具有良好的结焦性。北京焦化厂用ΣＩ—Ｒｒ，ｍ—Ｒｒ直方图配煤法指导炼焦配煤，提高了焦炭质量，获得了较好的经济效益。
Coal petrologic parameters of coal applied to coking blend and the coal blending method of I R r,mBXR r histogram are suggested through experiment using 10kg smallsize coke oven and study on the relationship between coal petrologic parameters and coking properties.The results show that a single kind of coal with inertinite 20%35% and mean random reflectance of vitrinite 115%135% is of large coking potential.Adopting the coal blending method of I R r,m R r histogram,Beijing coke & chemical factory obtains highgrade coke and beneficial economic returm.
