曙光油田应用化学技术的现状与展望 被引量:3

摘要 曙光油田2009年超稠油产量达到120×104t以上,应用化学技术在油田生产的各个环节得到应用和发展。油层解堵技术中,酸化解堵技术年实施100井次左右,年增油1.2×104t以上;解堵预处理技术年实施30井次,年增油0.9×104t左右;复合解堵技术年实施50井次,年增油8000t。驱油助排技术中,化学助排技术年实施150井次,年增油3.2×104t;CO2三元复合吞吐技术年实施200井次,年增油5×104t。在堵水调剖技术中,高温化学堵水实现了潜山油藏连续4a综合负递减;高温暂堵技术年实施120井次,降低汽窜影响1.2×104t,年增油2.2×104t。防砂技术中,压裂技术年实施20井次左右,年增油8000t以上;井壁防砂技术年实施30井次左右,年增油1.5×104t;高温固砂技术年实施50井次,年增油1.1×104t。原油脱水和水质净化选用了新的化学药剂,效率得以提高。 The production of super-heavy oil in Shuguang oilfield is up to more than 120×104t in 2009.Applied chemistry technique has been applied and developed in the whole oilfield production.Among the broken down technique for oil layers,acidizing plugging removal is applied about 100 well-times per year with the result of 1.2×104t of incremental oil production per year;and preprocessing by plugging removal is applied 30 well-times per year with the result of 0.9 ×104t of incremental oil production per year;and composite plugging removal is applied 50 well-times with the result of 8000t of incremental oil production per year.Among the technique of oil displacement and backflow promotion,chemical backflow promotion is applied 150 well-times with the result of 3.2×104t of incremental oil production per year;CO2 ternary combination huff-puff is applied 200 well-times with the result of 5×104t of incremental oil production per year.Among the technique of water shut-off/profile modification,the application of chemical water shut-off at high temperature realized composite negative decline for continuous four years in buried oil reservoir ;and temporary bridging technique at high temperature is applied 120 well-times with the result of 1.2 ×104t of oil production reducing steam channeling and 2.2×104t of incremental oil production per year.Among the sand control,fracturing is applied about 20 well-times with the result of more than 8000t of incremental oil production per year;and borehole wall sand control is applied about 30 well-times with the result of 1.5 ×104t of incremental oil production pre year;and sand controlling technique of thermal endurance is applied 50 well-times with the result of 1.1×104t of incremental oil production per year.New chemical agent is applied for dehydrating of crude oil and water quantity purification,and the efficiency is enhanced.
