摘要
学校体育管理要从人、物、财三个方面出发,以管理的组织、方略、方法为突破口,实施一些传统与现代、继承与发展、改革与创新相结合的实效性策略,拓宽学校体育管理者的视野、思路、行为,充分利用校内外各种要素,以最佳的运行结构与方式科学、高效、艺术地开展学校体育工作,从而高质量地完成学校体育任务。
The article used the method such as arrange document, interview, from three aspect which is person, object, property that school physical education manages, take administrative organization, general plan, method as breach, put forward some actual effect tactics suggesting that some tradition combines with the appearance modern, inheriting with development, reformation and innovation.
