摘要
[目的]探讨饲料中添加红茶末对鸡蛋品质的影响。[方法]选用528只淮南麻黄产蛋鸡为研究对象,平均分成4组,每组4个重复,使每个重复产蛋率基本一致,分别饲喂添加0.5%、1.5%、2.5%和0的红茶末饲料。整个试验期为50d,分别在试验中期(30d)、后期(50d)测定各组鸡蛋品质,以及蛋黄胆固醇和卵磷脂含量变化。[结果]饲料中添加红茶末可以显著提高蛋黄色泽(P<0.05),但过量会使蛋壳变薄,蛋壳强度降低,添加2.5%的红茶末显著降低了蛋壳厚度(P<0.05),极显著降低了蛋壳强度(P<0.01)。饲料中添加红茶末有增加蛋黄卵磷脂的含量的功效,随着添加量的增加和饲喂时间的延长,蛋黄卵磷脂升高,50d时添加2.5%红茶末组蛋黄卵磷脂的含量极显著的高于对照组(P<0.01)。饲料中添加红茶末对鸡蛋蛋黄胆固醇的影响有一定的阶段性,试验30d时添加2.5%的红茶末组蛋黄胆固醇含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),50d时基本趋于平衡。[结论]饲料中添加红茶末可以明显提高鸡蛋品质。
[Objective]To explore the effects of Black tea powder on egg quality of laying hens.[Method]A total of 528 Huainan Spotted-yellow Chicken (480 female and 48 male) were randomly divided into four treatments with four replications and there were no difference among them in laying rate.These chicken were used in a 50 d performance trail with four diets:Control group with no black tea powder in feed,three trail groups with 0.5%,1.5% and 2.5% black tea powder supplemented in basic diet,respectively.The egg quality,yolk cholesterol and lecithin content were determined on day 30 and 50.[Result]The results indicated that:(1) Suitable black tea powder concentration in diet could increase values of yolk color significantly ( P 〈0.05) and excessive black tea powder concentration could attenuate shell thickness and reduce shell strength.Diet with 2.5% black tea powder supplemented in basic diet could reduce shell thickness ( P 〈0.05) and shell strength ( P 〈0.01) significantly.(2) Basic diet with proper concentration of black tea powder could increase the percentage of yolk lecithin,which were becoming higher when chicken were fed higher concentration of black tea powder for more days.When the trail was finished,the treatment with 2.5% black tea powder supplemented in basic diet was differently higher than that of control treatment.Percentage of yolk cholesterol was different along with days changed,it was extremely significantly lower ( P 〈0.01) of the group with 2.5% black tea powder supplemented in basic diet than that of control group,but no difference between them when the trail was completed.[Conclusion] Dietary black tea can significantly improve egg quality.
