摘要
[目的]采用环介导等温扩增技术,快速检测单核细胞增生性李斯特氏菌。[方法]以单核细胞增生性李斯特氏菌(CMCC54001)的hlyA基因作为靶基因,设计引物,观察检测结果。[结果]确定了环介导等温扩增技术检测单核细胞增生性李斯特氏菌的最适反应条件。采用该方法检测单核细胞增生性李斯特氏菌的灵敏度为4.2CFU/ml。[结论]该研究建立了环介导等温扩增技术单核细胞增生性李斯特氏菌的检测方法。
[Objective] A loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) technology was used to detect Listeria monocytogenes rapidly. [Method] The sequences of hlyA of Listeria monocytogenes (CMCC54001) was used as target sequences to design primers. The results of detection were judged. [Result] The reaction conditions were optimized and the sensitivity of LAMP assay was 4.2 CFU/ml. [Conclusion] LAMP technology for detection of L. monocytogenes was developed.
