摘要 [目的]探讨青海省东部农业区油菜主产区甘蓝型春油菜对磷素吸收的变化规律。[方法]采用完全随机区组设计在互助县台子乡进行不同施肥处理对春油菜磷素吸收的动态研究。[结果]油菜从苗期到成熟期其根系和茎秆全磷含量均表现为下降的趋势,而叶片中全磷含量变幅较小。对籽粒、茎秆、角壳和根系中全氮、全磷、全钾含量进行测定,籽粒中含量均高于茎秆、角壳和根系中全氮、全磷、全钾含量,且含量全钾>全氮>全磷。苗期土壤中的速效磷含量在整个生育期中最高,随着生育进程的推进,土壤中的速效磷均呈下降趋势。OPT+1/2P处理和推荐施肥OPT处理的速效磷含量均高于OPT-P、OPT-1/2P和OPT-1/4P。[结论]为青海省油菜主产区合理使用磷肥,提高磷肥利用率提供了参考依据。 [ Objective] The change of the absorption of the spring rapeseed(Brassica napus) grown in the eastern Qinghai Province to phos- phorus was investigated. [ Method] The dynamic variation of the absorption of the spring rapeseed to phosphorus in the Taizi township of Huzhu county, which was treated with the different fertilizations, was researched with the randomized complete block design. [ Results] The content of total phosphorus in rapeseed root and stem showed a downward trend from its seedling stage to maturity stage, while there was little variation in the content of total phosphorus in its leaf. The content of total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in grain, stalk, pod and root was measured. The content of them in grain was higher than that in the stem, pod, and root, respectively, the order of which content in these organs was: total potassium 〉 total nitrogen 〉 total phosphorus. The content of the available phosphorus in soil in rapesced seedling stage reached to the highest value in the whole growth period and it was decreasing with the rapeseed growing. The content of the available phosphorus in soil under the fertilization treatment of OFF + 1/2P or OPT recommended was higher than that under OPT-P, OPT-1/2P or OPT-1/4P, respectively. [ Conclusion] The reference for the rational phosphorus icrtilization for the rapeseed growth in its main production areas of Qinghal Province was provided for the improvement of fertilizer-using efficiency.
