摘要
在灰色系统理论的基础上,以研究安徽省农业投入要素与经济增长关联分析为目的,从主体、客体、劳动工具3方面构建农业投入的评价指标体系,选取政府农业科技投资作为劳动的主体即劳动力方面的指标(X1),选取农作物总播种面积作为劳动的客体方面的指标(X2),选取农村水电建设投资额作为劳动生产工具方面的指标(X3),将安徽省地区生产总值记为X0,根据相关数据,运用改进的灰色关联度分析模型计算2004~2008年安徽省农业水利建设投资额、农作物总播种面积和政府农业科技投资额与安徽省地区生产总值的关联度。结果表明,安徽农业科技投资对GDP增长的贡献最大,耕地总面积和农村水电建设投资的发展变化趋势与GDP的关联性弱,变化趋势不太一致。在此基础上,对安徽省政府提出继续加大对农业科技的投入,加大对耕地的保护力度,保持农作物总的播种面积,适当维护农村水电建设的建议。
In order to analyze the relation between agricultural input factors and economic growth in Anhui Province, the evaluation indrx system of agricultural input is built from the perspectives of subject, object and tools based on grey system theory. The government investment in agxicuhural science and technology is selected as the index of labor subject, that is labor-related index (X1), the total sown area of crops is selected as the index of labor object(X2 ) , the investment in rural water and electricity construction is chosen as the index of tools(X3 ), and the GDP of Anbui Province is denoted hy Xo. According to the relevant data, the improved model of grey correlation analysis is adopted to calcu- late the correlation among the investment in agricultural water and electricity construction, total sown area of crops, government investment in agricultural science and technology, and the GDP in Anhui Province during 2004 - 2008. Results show that investment in agricultural science and technology contributes the largest to GDP growth, the increase and change of the total sown area and the investment in rural water and electricity construction have a weak correlation with GDP, they are in a less consistent development trend. On this basis, the government of An- hui Province further proposes to increase the investment in agricultural science and technology, enhance the protection of arable lands, keep the total sown area of crops, and properly maintain the rural water and electricity construction.
