摘要
利用中尺度数值预报模式、大气扩散模式及地理信息系统软件建立了常州市大气污染扩散应急响应系统,该系统以中尺度数值模式CWRF输出的大气背景场作为气象初始场,运用美国国家海洋大气局(NOAA)最新开发的大气污染扩散模式HYSPLIT4.8计算大气污染物的轨迹、扩散、沉降浓度及扩散范围,采用叠加了常州、金坛和溧阳加密观测站点的地理信息系统软件(GoogleEarth)精确地显示出大气污染物的传播路径、影响区域和污染物浓度的变化情况。
Using mesoscale numerical prediction models,atmospheric dispersion models and geographic information system,Changzhou emergency response system about air pollution diffusion was built. It was based on meteorological background field from mesoscalc atmospheric numerical model(CWRF) output as the initial field. The trajectory of air pollutants, diffusion and deposition concentration and diffusion range were calculated by using the latest development of air pollution dispersion model HYSPLIT4.8 developed by the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Agency(NOAA). Use of the geographic information system (google earth) superimposed Changzhou,Jintan and Liyang encryption observation sites showed accurately the spread path, affected areas and changes in pollutant concentrations of air pollutants.
