摘要
植物组织培养过程中,污染的原因主要为细菌和真菌,造成污染的来源比较多,包括外植体、培养容器、接种工具、培养基、接种室和培养室环境、接种人员的操作等,应根据实际情况采取相应的措施进行预防和控制。
The causes of the contamination mostly are bacteria and fungi during plant tissue culture.Source of causing contamination is much,including explant,culturing container,inoculating implement,medium,environment of inoculating-room and culture-room,inoculating person＇s work.Corresponding measures should be taken to prevent and control according to the fact.
