野生长果桑与桑树栽培品种远缘杂交育性研究 被引量:11

摘要 [目的]探索野生长果桑与桑树栽培品种之间的远缘杂交性能。[方法]通过建立长果桑(母本)×桑树栽培品种(父本)和桑树栽培品种(母本)×长果桑(父本)的2种远缘杂交类型,探讨长果桑与桑树栽培品种的远缘杂交育性。[结果]不同的远缘杂交类型、同一远缘杂交类型的不同组合在受孕率、结实率和可育性上有较大的差异。长果桑(母本)×桑树栽培品种(父本)的杂交受孕率45.35%~71.36%,平均受孕率56.64%;杂交结实率41.11%~60.36%,平均结实率50.45%;杂交可育性12.85%~33.75%,平均可育性22.31%。桑树栽培品种(母本)×长果桑(父本)的杂交受孕率23.06%~57.03%,平均受孕率39.39%;杂交结实率26.48%~50.89%,平均结实率34.04%;杂交可育性4.26%~18.33%,平均可育性9.40%。长果桑(母本)×桑树栽培品种(父本)的平均杂交受孕率、杂交结实率和杂交可育性比桑树栽培品种(母本)×长果桑(父本)分别提高17.25、16.41和12.91个百分点。[结论]为桑树遗传材料的创新和新品种的选育提供了更丰富的素材。 [Objective] The property of the distant hybridization between wild mulberry species and its cultivar was explored.[Method] Two hybridization models:wild mulberry(maternal)with long fruit size × cultivars(paternal)and mulberry cultivars(maternal)× wild species(maternal)with long fruit size(paternal),were established for the research on the fertility of their offspring.[Results] There was a great difference in the pregnancy rate,seed-setting rate and fertility of the different types of distant hybridizations and the different combinations from same type of distance hybridization.The pregnancy rate,the seed-setting rate and the fertility of wild mulberry(maternal)with long fruit size × cultivars(paternal)was 45.35%-71.36%(average value:56.64%),41.11%-60.36%(average value:50.45%)and 12.85%-33.75%(average value:22.31%),respectively;and the pregnancy rate,the seed-setting rate and the fertility of mulberry cultivars(maternal)× wild species(maternal)with long fruit size(paternal)was 57.03%-23.06%(average value:39.39%),26.48%-50.89%(average value:34.04%)and 4.26%-18.33%(average value:9.40%).The pregnancy rate,the seed-setting rate and the fertility of wild mulberry(maternal)with long fruit size × cultivars(paternal)was 17.25%,16.41% and 12.91% higher than these of mulberry cultivars(maternal)× wild species(maternal)with long fruit size(paternal).[Conclusion] Many more abundant materials for the innovation of mulberry genetic material and the breeding for new variety were provided.
