摘要
在(35±1)℃温度条件下,对内循环厌氧反应器(IC反应器)处理啤酒废水的启动特性进行了研究。结果表明,IC反应器经过56d启动成功,其容积负荷达到18.3kg/(m3.d),水力停留时间为3.2h,去除率能稳定在80%以上;随着反应器的运行,反应器内形成了大量的沉降性能良好的颗粒污泥,粒径>0.5mm的污泥约占87%,颗粒污泥平均沉降速度达69.92m/h。
Investigation on characteristics of brewery wastewater by IC anaerobic reactor was carried out under the condition of(35±1)℃.The results showed that the start-up of reactor was finished after 56 days.And the volume loading rate of 18.3 kg /(m3·d)and COD removal rate of more than 80% were achieved.The hydraulic retention time could be 3.2 h.Furthermore,a wealth of granular sludge came up,the number of more than 0.5 mm in granular size was 87% and the average velocity could be 69.92 m/h.
