摘要
从近年来发生的齐二药事件、欣弗事件、上海华联甲氨蝶呤事件等几件引起社会广泛关注的药品安全事件入手，对药品不良反应（ADR）及药品不良事件（ADE）的概念、范围进行分析，介绍ADR与ADE的区别以及加强药品不良反应报告和监测的重要性。
Start with some drug safety events which had caused people to pay wide attention in recent years,such as the false medicine incidents of Qiqiha＇er second pharmaceutical factory , ＂XinFu＂ accident and methotrexate incidents of Shanghai Hualian Pharmaceutical Company.The paper analyzes the concepts and ranges of ADR and ADE. It introduces the differences of ADR and ADE.It introduces the importance of strengthening ADR reporting and monitoring,too.
