动态脉压与高血压患者靶器官损害的关系

摘要 目的:探讨动态脉压与高血压靶器官损害之间的关系。方法:将221例高血压患者按脉压值分为A、B、C组,对患者的一般资料及超声心动图测量的左心室射血分数、肾功能进行统计学分析比较。结果:不同脉压组在病程和血低密度脂蛋白水平间存在显著性差异(P<0.01),随着脉压的增加,高血压病患者的舒张期二尖瓣口血流频谱A峰与E峰峰值流速比(PVA/PVE)、室间隔厚度(IVSTd)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPWTd)、尿微量白蛋白(Um-Alb)均增加,肌酐清除率(Ccr)下降。结论:高血压患者脉压增宽与靶器官的损害密切相关。 Objective:To study the relation between the dynamic pulse pressure and target organ damage in patients with hypertension.Methods:Two hundred and twenty-one cases with hypertension were divided into group A,group B and group C according to pulse pressure values.General data,left ventricular ejection fraction and renal function were statistically analyzed and compared.Results:The course of the disease and low density lipoprotein were significant difference among different pulse pressure group (P0.01).Along with the increased pulse pressure in patients with hypertension,diastolic mitral inflow A peak and E peak of spectrum peak velocity ratio (PVA/PVE),interventricular septum thickness (IVSTd),left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPWTd),urinary albumin (UmAlb) were increased,creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) was decreased.Conclusion:Widened pulse pressure is closely related to target organ damage.
