摘要
研究了基于LED的CCD校准用光源中LED阵列的分布方式,给出了阵列的具体排列方式,并对此排列方式的照度叠加进行了实验研究。研究结果表明,LED阵列在恒流源供电下照度值的稳定性可以达到0.15%～0.25%,能够满足CCD校准用光源的指标要求。
In this paper, the distribution method of LEDs array light source for CCD calibration is researched. The specific arrangement of the array is given, and the superimposed illuminance on this arrangement is studied. The results show that under constant current power supply, the illuminanee stability of LEDs array can reach 0. 15% to 0.25% , and meet the requirement for light source used for CCD calibration.
